Advanced Inspection
Training is offering a ten subject
Home Inspection program. The program
incorporates the Standards of Practice of ASHI/CAHPI (American Society of Home Inspectors/Canadian
Association of Home and Property Inspectors) and is consistent with the Occupational Standards document created on
behalf of CAHPI.
The
Standards of Practice define a minimum and uniform standard for private home
inspectors. Home inspections performed to these standards provide the
client with information regarding the condition of the systems and components
of the home as inspected.
This
uniquely comprehensive program has also been adopted by the American
Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI),
the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI)
in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and complies with ASHI Curriculum and Standards of Practice.
Advanced Inspection
Training, in association with Carson Dunlop and Associates, is
offering a ten subject Home Inspection program. The program incorporates
the Standards
of Practice of ASHI/CAHPI (American Society of Home
Inspectors/Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors). The
program is based on curriculum developed by ASHI
in conjunction with Columbia Assessment Services Inc., as a result of
their Role Delineation Study of the home inspection profession. It is
also consistent with the Occupational Standards document created on
behalf of CAHPI.
